Cancellation Policy and Delay Management

Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
- No-show without prior warning will be charged in full.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency that makes it impossible to conduct the session due to an impediment on the part of the interested party, the impediment must be declared as soon as possible, and a new session will be rescheduled without additional charge.
Delays
A delay in the start of the session of up to 15 minutes due to an impediment on the part of Dr. Deligeorgi or her associate is considered reasonable in advance and does not establish a right to reschedule or cancel the session on the part of the participant.
In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes as a maximum limit due to an impediment on the part of Dr. Deligeorgi or her associate, the session will be rescheduled mandatorily and without cost to the participant, without the right to a refund, in order to ensure equal treatment, consistent provision of quality services, and smooth continuation of the therapeutic process.
For delays of more than 30 minutes on the part of Dr. Deligeorgi or her associate, or in cases of force majeure affecting the participant, regardless of the duration that the force majeure incident continued, a refund will be made or the session will be rescheduled, at the free choice of the interested party.
